But I only did the edges of the costume to simplify it. If you want to be more authentic, you could use a bigger piece to make a full undershirt.

The wood is textured and hard to iron down completely, but do the best possible. Then use acrylic craft paint to fill the sections with color. Paint the red fan/eagle/wings first.
